We intended to use as an exhibition place a main street in Madrid -Paseo de Recoletos. In previous years it was used at the same time during the opening of the ARCO exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>We wanted to show our own urban art exhibition \u201dMadrid Abierto\u201d.<\/span>  <span style=\"color: rgb(153, 153, 153);\">Taking advantage of the timing and being the closen location free, several artists, unaided by official funding, without previous selection processes, wanted to show their art in Paseo Recoletos near Madrid\u2019s Town Council and close to central Cibeles Square.
