\n<\/a>Como ya hemos contado muchas veces, en el espacio p\u00fablicos de Madrid, falta color verde. En la renovaci\u00f3n de las plazas del centro han desaparecido muchos arboles, para dejar sitio a fr\u00edas losas de granito, m\u00e1s convenientes a la hora de mercantilizar un espacio, que en teor\u00eda es para todos, pero que en la pr\u00e1ctica se reserva para que las marcas puedan vendernos su particular visi\u00f3n de la diversi\u00f3n en la calle…<\/p>\n

Con nuestra intervenci\u00f3n Hojas secas sobre gris urbano <\/span>hemos querido a\u00f1adir un poco de naturaleza, a nuestro entorno gris, colocando hojas secas empaquetadas en forma de cojines, para que todos los que deseen sentarse a contemplar la noche puedan hacerlo sin coger frio.<\/p>\n

Realizamos la instalaci\u00f3n el d\u00eda 2 de diciembre, esa misma tarde fuimos a recoger miles de hojas caidas a un parque cercano, con las que confeccionamos los cojines y a media noche nos echamos a la calle, para localizar sitios especialmente inh\u00f3spitos, donde ir dejando nuestras singular carga.<\/p>\n

Anduvimos por las calles 4 horas y dejamos unos 50 cojines en portales, bancos, escaleras, escaparates, plazas y rincones varios, todos ellos oscuros y sin \u00e1rboles.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n transportamos en nuestro paseo, todas las hojas que nos sobraron, para acabar dej\u00e1ndolas bajo una de esas farolas, que han acabado sustituyendo a los \u00e1rboles, en el paisaje urbano.<\/p>\n

As we have already said many times, the public spaces in Madrid are lacking the color green. With the renovation of the plazas in the center of the city many trees have disappeared, to make room for cold slabs of granite, more desireable in the commercialization of a space, which in theory is for everyone, but in practice is reserved for the brand names so that they can sell us their particular vision of entertainment in the street\u2026 <\/span><\/p>\n

With our intervention Dry leaves over urban grey <\/span>we wanted to add a little bit of nature, to our grey surroundings, placing dried leaves packaged in the form of cushions so that all who wanted to sit and contemplate the night could do so without becoming cold. <\/span><\/p>\n

We carried out our installation on the 2nd of December, that same afternoon we collected thousands of fallen leaves in a nearby park, with which we made our cushions and at midnight we went out into the street to look for especially inhospitable places where we left our only cargo. <\/span><\/p>\n

We walked the streets for 4 hours and left some 50 cushions in doorways, on benches and steps, outside display windows, in plazas and various corners, all of them dark and without trees. <\/span><\/p>\n

On our walk we also carried all the extra leaves we did not use so that we could leave them beneath one of the streetlights that have replaced the trees in the urban landscape. <\/span><\/p>\n
