Esta instalación trata de hacer que nos sumerjamos entre residuos de plásticos y que nos perdamos en su interior sintiendo una inevitable sensación de claustrofobia y pérdida de la orientación al no encontrar la salida.

Para ello crearemos paneles de plástico, mediante bolsas al vacío, de las que se emplean para guardar la ropa y que ocupe poco espacio en los armarios. Dentro de estas bolsas meteremos todo tipo de envases plásticos de colores transparentes y luces leds y con un aspirador les quitaremos el aire hasta que todo lo que hay en el interior quede reducido a una plancha de plástico conteniendo otros plásticos prensados.

Cada uno de estos paneles se unirá a otros por el centro mediante pinzas, de manera que se formen tiras giratorias que se colgarán de una malla de metal resistente.

Los visitantes se podrán mover por el interior haciendo girar los paneles para acceder al interior de manera que cada uno se moverá erráticamente hasta encontrando sus propios caminos.

This installation makes it possible to submerge ourselves into our plastic waste and that we lose ourselves in its interior feeling the inevitable sensation of claustrophobia and the loss of orientation at not being able to find the exit.

For this purpose we will create plastic panels, using vacuum bags, which are used to store clothing and which take up less space in closets. Within these bags we will put all kinds of transparent colored plastic containers and LED lights, removing the air with a vacuum cleaner until everything in the interior is reduced to a flat plastic plate containing other pieces of flattened plastic.

Each of these panels will be attached to others at the center by using pins, so that they form rotating strips which will be from a rugged metal mesh.

Visitors may enter inside by rotating the panels to access the interior so that each one will move erratically until they find their own paths.
